This photo is meant to represent the word Failure as it is related to Insomnia. Insomnia is when a person struggles greatly with falling or staying asleep. Subsequently, they suffer the mental and physical side effects of the enormous lack of sleep. In the photo I want to show a hyperbolic representation of the long terms effects of Insomnia. It is really meant to invoke that feeling of watching the clock late at night when all someone wants is to sleep, but they just can't.

This person is the person in the story who is suffering from the effects of Insomnia. They are wearing a hoodie to convey that sense of laziness and tiredness. The looming clock behind them is a representation of that ominous passing of time that still yields no sleep. The person is rubbing their face and hugging them self showing that sleepily tortured body language. If I were to shoot this again I would make sure the person was more evenly lit.
